It was hard to choose which colour leather to use. Red or Purple. It's a world altering dilemma. In the end, outlining the "negative space" was what I wanted to do, so having the purple cape create the outline of Magneto's body was important. And besides the added highlight of painting the purple outline of the opening of his helmet, I got to paint his hands too which is pretty important in comic art. Hands!
